By accessing or using the BINSR PROS website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Estimates Are Preliminary
Repair estimates produced by the Instant Estimator are preliminary and provided for informational and negotiation purposes. Estimates do not constitute a final quote, a binding contract, or a guarantee of final pricing. Final pricing for any repair is confirmed after scope verification and, where applicable, an on-site assessment.
No Guarantee of Negotiation Outcomes
Estimates help document and inform repair discussions but do not guarantee acceptance by any party, including sellers, buyers, agents, or lenders.
Human Review
Items flagged for human review are verified by the BINSR PROS team. Human review is generally completed within 24 hours, but this timeframe is not a guarantee unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Repair Services
BINSR PROS is a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC #351343). Repair fulfillment availability depends on property location, scope, scheduling, and trade requirements. Any repair work is subject to a separate work authorization and agreement.
Pay at Close of Escrow
Pay-at-COE work includes a 15% premium because payment is deferred until closing. Eligibility and payment authorization requirements apply. Pay-at-COE is not available for all scopes or transactions.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to upload documents you have the right to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of property and contact information you provide.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, estimates, and materials provided by BINSR PROS remain the property of BINSR PROS Solutions. You may share estimates with your clients for transaction-related purposes.
Limitation of Liability
BINSR PROS provides estimates and services on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BINSR PROS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of estimates or services.
Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites or the separate BINSR PROS application. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
