Payment options
Pay at Completion
Standard option. Payment is due after work is completed and approved. No premium.
Pay at COE (15% premium)
When available, payment is handled at close of escrow through title. Includes a 15% premium because payment timing depends on title, escrow, and closing.
Example: $1,000 repair → $1,150 with pay-at-COE.
